AB Sevilla resiste el embate de la peste negra y todavía durante años siguió siendo un enclave comercial muy importante. Alrededor de su puerto y de la actividad mercantil generada se reunieron innumerables individuos en el interés de prosperar al amparo del tráfico con las Indias. La ciudad todavía muestra la huella de este colectivo, en sus calles, plazas e incluso edificios. Ciudad, arquitectura y arte se vieron de un modo u otro afectados por la vida junto al Arenal.
AB Seville resisted the spread of the Black Plague and continued to be an important commercial center for years to come. Countless important individuals looking to prosper from the trade with the Indies gathered around its port and took part in its commercial activity. The city still shows signs of this community, visible in its streets, squares, and even buildings. In one way or another, city, architecture, and art were impacted by life by El Arenal.
