%X This research aims to understand the effectiveness of the material resources used by365 elderly people who perform physical activities in Seville (Spain), based on the sensations that theuse of these objects gave them. A descriptive design was used through a questionnaire validatedby the Delphi method with 10 pre-selected experts. The results showed the existence of significantrelationships between the emotions generated in the elderly and the handling of different materials.This is essential for the planning of physical activities for this type of user in order to achieve greatermotivation and continuity.
