AB En el presente trabajo se abordan las distintas cuestiones que han sido objeto de tratamiento por parte de la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado desde la aplicación del Reglamento 650/2012 a partir del 17 de agosto de 2015 en relación a las sucesiones de británicos abiertas en España. Tras realizar un recorrido sobre los diversos aspectos tratados, se cierra con un análisis de las más recientes resoluciones donde se analiza el papel del probate y de los legal representatives en las sucesiones abiertas en España.
AB This paper addresses the various issues that have been analyzed by the General Directorate of Registers and Notaries since the application of Regulation 650/2012 on August 17th 2015 regarding the succession of British citizens in Spain. After making a tour of the various aspects discussed, the article closes with an analysis of the most recent resolutions, where is particularly analyzed the role of probate and legal representatives in the successions that have been opened in Spain.
