%X La privacidad es quizá uno de los ámbitos de la vida personal másdefendidos y a la vez más mancillados en la sociedad actual, pero enel ámbito del arte y específicamente en la fotografía contemporánea,exhibir aspectos de la vida privada, ha sido una práctica artística queha estado muy presente en el arte fotográfico de las últimas décadas.Exteriorizar aspectos de la vida privada en el ámbito artístico es unapráctica que se extiende desde el cuerpo hasta el espacio privado,la familia y el círculo social más cercano del autor. En este textoretomaremos la definición de privacidad como un ejercicio paraacercarnos a la obra de distintos fotógrafos mexicanos cuya producciónse mueve en el frágil territorio que ocurre entre el límite de loprivado y lo público.

Externalising aspects of private life in the artistic field is apractice that extends from the body to the private space, the family andthe social circle closest to the author. In this text we will return to thedefinition of privacy as an exercise to get closer to the work of differentMexican photographers whose production moves in the fragile territorythat occurs between the limit of the private and the public.
