AB El presente trabajo muestra la importancia y las características de la oralidad en el Derecho Procesal del Trabajo, como parte de los elementos que permitirían la aplicación del derecho humano a una tutela judicial efectiva. Se explican los antecedentes de la oralidad, así como el marco jurídico que la rige tanto en México como en algunos países latinoamericanos; así mismo, se señalan las novedades que el tema presenta en las recientes reformas a la legislación laboral, así como algunos de los retos de la oralidad en el futuro sistema de justicia laboral en México
AB The present work shows the importance and the main features of orality in the Procedural Labor Law as part of the elements that would allow the human right application to an effective judicial protection. The background of orality is explained as well as the legal Mexican framework that governs in Mexico and some Latin American countries. Likewise, the novelties that the topic presents in the recent reforms to labor legislation are pointed out, as well as some of the challenges of orality in the future labor justice system in Mexico
