El cultivo del viñedo, patrimonio y recurso en los municipios del Condado de Huelva que pertenecen a la Reserva de la Biosfera de Doñana.

Abstract

Cercanos a los límites del estuario del gran río de Andalucía, el Guadalquivir, en el Condado de Huelva, se emplaza una región compleja donde el legado de la viticultura tiene que ver mucho con su herencia agropecuaria. En este territorio el cultivo de viñedo destaca por su singularidad avalada por su ubicación en la Zona de Transición de la Reserva de la Biosfera de Doñana, y porque en el converge un sistema socioeconómico con un espacio emocional representado por las experiencias propias, los sucesos y las anécdotas de un grupo social que son fácilmente patrimonializables. Disponer de un espacio enológico de estas características en los municipios onubenses del entorno de Doñana lo convierte en un ámbito permanente para poder contar su propia historia, la de su tierra, su hábitat y sus cepas, además de ser un privilegio y un inestimable activo de presente y futuro que no debemos desaprovechar.

In the Condado de Huelva, one of the six small districts that constitute the province of Huelva, and near the estuary of the great Andalusian river, the Guadalquivir, it can be found a complex region where the legacy of viticulture is connected to its agriculture and livestock heritage. Vine-growing in this area is known for its guaranteed uniqueness due to its location in the transition area of Doñana¿s Biosphere Reserve. It is also due to a socioeconomic system that converges in this area with an emotional space represented by a social group¿s self-experiences, events and anecdotes, which can easily become heritage. The fact that this district has an oenological space with these characteristics in the municipalities of Huelva that surround Doñana makes it a permanent environment to enable to tell its own story, the one of its land, its habitat and its vines. Furthermore, it is a privilege and an inestimable asset for the present and future, one that we must not waste.
