Abstract
Antonio de Figueroa es uno de los arquitectos más importantes del XVIII sevillano, que desde su cargo como maestro mayor de obras del arzobispado de Sevilla, unificó el estilo de esta época en buena parte de Andalucía Occidental. Su trabajo en iglesias como Santiago de Bollullos Par del Condado, Manzanilla, Lucena del Puerto, Villarrasa o Almonte van a conformar los principales monumentos y señas de identidad de los pueblos donde se localizan.
Antonio de Figueroa is one of the most important architects of the 18th century in Seville, and, since his position as master builder of the archbishopric of Seville, he unified the style of this period in western Andalusia. His works in churches, such as Santiago from Bollullos Par del Condado, Manzanilla, Lucena del Puerto, Villarrasa or Almonte (towns of the province of Huelva), defined the main monuments and distinguishing features of the towns where they are located.
