Abstract
Emotional education in the classroom is one of the challenges facing the Spanish educational system in a society that is evolving at an unbridled pace. The intervention project designed aims, on the one hand, to be a tool to work emotional education with the students of 1st and 2nd ESO of IES Los Cerros in Úbeda (Jaén) through 8 designed activities; and on the other hand, to be the voice and germ of the claim of the need to carry out socio-educational projects adapted to all social realities of Spanish schools, but especially Andalusian. The lack of incorporation of emotional competences in the school curriculum is causing an increasing level of school conflicts; as well as forgetting one of the most important intelligences for the integral development of the human being. Social Educators have much to contribute within Formal Education and this project aims to demonstrate it; as well as to reserve the space for student participation, in order to be able to talk about a safe and inclusive school environment that responds to their needs.
