Abstract
In this chapter we want to narrate how the different forms of human and non-human lives are intertwined in the ancestral territory of Taganga, Colombia; hence our interest in showing the relationships of the Taganguero people with the marine and continental territory. To account for this, we will rely on the local nomination of Los caminos del mar, since we consider that this category allows us to know the way in which the Tagangueros theorize the sea, which affects the configuration of the taganguero identity and the struggle for the defense of the marine territory and the coastline that borders the beaches of Taganga.
