LA PRESTACIÓN POR CESE DE ACTIVIDAD EN EL RETA A PARTIR DE LA LEY 35/2014, DE 26 DE DICIEMBRE

Abstract

La Ley 32/2010, de 5 de agosto, establece un sistema específico de protección, de carácter voluntario, para los trabajadores autónomos que, pudiendo y queriendo ejercer una actividad económica o profesional a título lucrativo, han cesado totalmente en la actividad que originó el alta en el Régimen Especial de Trabajadores Autónomos, no obstante poder y querer ejercer una actividad económica o profesional a título lucrativo. La Ley 35/2014, de 26 de diciembre, ha modificado aquélla Ley con el objeto de actualizar los requisitos y formalidades que en hasta entonces se exigían. El objeto de este estudio es reflejar las modificaciones que se han producido en el régimen jurídico de la prestación por cese de actividad.------------------------------------------------------------------------Law 32/2010, of august 5, establishes a specific system of protection, voluntary for self-employed workers who, being able and willing to exercise an economic or professional activity to lucrative title, have ceased completely in the activity that caused the high in the special scheme for self-employed workers, however able and wanting to exercise an economic or professional activity to lucrative title. The object of this study is to reflect the changes that have occurred in the legal regime of the provision on cessation of activity.
