This paperanalyses the decision on the merits of the complaint nº. 173/2018 International Commission of Jurists and European Council of Refugees and Exiles against Greece, placing special emphasis on the treatment given by the European Committee of Social Rights to the right to housing, as a guarantor of other basic social rights.
