Abstract
La promoción del mejoramiento de la vivienda popular a partir de la recuperación
de modalidades que históricamente configuraron la arquitectura vernácula
del Noroeste argentino, se constituye en el eje de las intervenciones
recientes desarrolladas en los valles calchaquíes tucumanos. Dicho proceso,
movilizado por un programa habitacional estatal, recupera comunitarias y
ancestrales prácticas vinculadas a la construcción de su hábitat. El trabajo
presenta una experiencia de intercambio entre grupos universitarios que, en
la interacción con los habitantes del sitio, promueven instancias de aprendizaje
en torno a los procesos de intervención, capacitación y gestión como
estrategia para el desarrollo.
The promotion of the improvement of the popular housing starting from the recovery of modalities that historically configured the vernacular architecture of the Argentinean Northwest, it is constituted in the axis of the recent interventions developed in the Tucumán¿s calchaquíes valleys. This process, mobilized by a residence state program, recovers community and ancestral practices linked to the construction of its habitat. The work presents an exchange experience among university groups that, in the interaction with the inhabitants of the place, they promote learning instances around the intervention processes, qualification and management like strategy for the development.
