Abstract
Al considerar la riqueza del patrimonio cultural y natural de la región
centroamericana, este artículo plantea la importancia de implementar
una educación inclusiva en los centros de educación primaria,
secundaria y universitaria, que fomente la protección y conservación
del patrimonio y se avale en políticas públicas, suscripción de convenios
internacionales y leyes. Asimismo propone la necesidad de fortalecer
la institucionalidad nacional para que responda y gestione las
demandas económicas del sector cultural y las estrategias educativas.
Considering the richness of the cultural and natural heritage of the Central American region, this article raises the importance of implementing an inclusive education in public and private primary, secondary and university education centers, which promotes the protection and conservation of heritage and is endorsed in public policies, subscription of international agreements and laws. It also proposes the need to strengthen national institutions to respond to and manage the economic demands of the cultural sector and educational strategies
