Abstract
El artículo analiza el nuevo régimen jurídico del contrato fijo-discontinuo tras la reforma operada por el RDL 32/2021, estudiando tanto la unificación de la regulación de todo del trabajo fijo-discontinuo como la extensión del ámbito de aplicación de esta modalidad contractual en el marco de las contratas y las ETT. Asimismo, se analizan las cuestiones formales y los derechos reconocidos a las personas fijas-discontinuas.
The article analyzes the new legal regime of the fixed-discontinuous contract after the reform operated by RDL 32/2021. Thus, both the unification of the regulation of all fixed-discontinuous work and the extension of the scope of application of this contractual modality in the framework of contracts-subcontracts and ETT are studied. Likewise, the formal issues and the rights recognized to fixed-discontinuous people are analyzed.
