Abstract
This research aimed to compare if there are differences in the average scores obtained from the Synthetic Quality Index of Education between the different Secretariats of Certified Education in Colombia and the result obtained in the Synthetic Quality Index of Education (ISCE) in the year 2017. We performed a multiple comparison between independent means, from the statistical analysis of the data using the ANOVA test, we used the statistical package SPSS v. 20. It was observed that there is evidence to reject the alternate hypothesis, so the means are different. The Secretaries with the best ISCE are Chia 7,07, Tunja 6,90, Floridablanca 6,86, Mosquera 6,76 and Envigado with 6,76. The lowest ISCEs were: Amazonas 4,21, Vaupés 4,27, Tumaco 4.38, Turbo 4.56 and Chocó with 4,57.
