Abstract
Este estudio analiza la relación entre culturas juveniles urbanas e identidades en el fútbol callejero, basándose en la investigación realizada en el Barrio Padre Cruz, Lisboa. A partir de 55 biografías juveniles y una aproximación de investigación-acción colaborativa, se identifican modelos de sociabilidad que contrastan con la inmersión en el mundo digital. La experiencia sociodeportiva emerge como un espacio de inclusión social, participación cívica y desarrollo local, posibilitando la construcción identitaria en jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad. Los resultados destacan la relevancia del ocio deportivo como medio de emancipación, movilidad y cohesión comunitaria, proponiendo una reflexión sobre su papel en el desarrollo de estrategias innovadoras en el trabajo Social.
This study analyzes the relationship between urban youth cultures and identities in street soccer, based on research conducted in the Padre Cruz neighborhood of Lisbon. Drawing on 55 youth biographies and a collaborative action research approach, it identifies models of sociability that contrast with immersion in the digital world. The social and sports experience emerges as a space for social inclusion, civic participation, and local development, enabling identity construction among vulnerable youth. The results highlight the importance of leisure sports as a means of emancipation, mobility, and community cohesion, proposing a reflection on its role in the development of innovative strategies in social work.
