El derecho al futuro: Un nuevo ámbito para la reflexión iusfilósofica

Abstract

La dimensión del tiempo futuro se ha incorporado a las reflexiones iusfilosóficas. El ser humano ha iniciado un siglo XXI marcado por diversos acontecimientos que invitan a pensar en el riesgo, en la incertidumbre y a reflexionar sobre una sociedad que experimenta un cambio vertiginoso, acelerado, que demanda una respuesta por parte del Derecho en general, y de la Filosofía del Derecho en particular. El futuro en el Derecho, el Derecho del futuro, el derecho al futuro, constituyen algunas de las proyecciones de esa coordenada temporal que serán objeto de análisis y que pondrán de relieve la urgencia de atender los requerimientos de las generaciones venideras y de la correspondiente la justicia intergeneracional.

The dimension of future time has been incorporated into iusphilosophical reflections. The human being has entered a 21st century marked by various events that invite us to think about risk, uncertainty and to reflect on a society that is experiencing dizzying, accelerated change, which demands a response from the Law in general, and from the Philosophy of Law in particular. The future in Law, the Law of the future, the right to the future, constitute some of the projections of that temporal coordinate that will be analyzed and that will highlight the urgency of meeting the requirements of future generations and the corresponding intergenerational justice.
