Abstract
There are many barriers that preclude a socio-occupational integration for people known as gypsys but it is even more difficult when it comes to the women of this community because they're judge for being a woman as well as gypsy. This is the reason why this investigation project begins as a result of a hypothesis that considers there exists a great stigmatization by the business owner when they decide to take on a gipsy woman. For this reason, this research work discusses it with quantitative methods such as questionnaires made by businesses and their owners from different groups. The goal is to know if there still exist stigmatization from these companies towards gypsy women and if they would hire them. The results obtained conclude with the idea that although the business owner consider that there is not an ethnic discrimination, there is something subliminally in their acts because them performs actions that produce rejection when he wants to hire gipsy woman only for this reason.
