Abstract
There is a widespread assumption, by a wide range of heterodox economists, Rapoport (2010), among others, that in 2001 in Argentina, was a turning point of the neoliberal model. In the regional level the articulation of aoposite-hegemonic project could be described as neo-desarrollist model. Confronting with this hypothesis, in this article I will argue that the "so call crisis of the neoliberal model" in the 2001, even though managed to underpin a global political force in the region of South America, indeed, the period of transformations failed to crystallize an alternative to neoliberal.
