Régimen jurídico de los contratos formativos tras las modificaciones introducidas por la reforma laboral

Abstract

El RDL 32/2021, de 28 de diciembre vuelve a modificar el marco normativo existente en relación con los contratos formativos regulados en el art. 11 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores. El objetivo del legislador sigue siendo el mismo que en otras modificaciones normativas pretéritas habidas en esta materia, a saber: facilitar el acceso de las personas jóvenes al mercado de trabajo sobre la base de mejorar su formación y, por ende, su empleabilidad. El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar cuáles son las principales novedades, su alcance y valorar en qué medida pueden contribuir al alcanzar el mencionado objetivo.

RDL 32/2021, of December 28, once again modifies the existing regulatory framework in relation to training contracts regulated in art. 11 of the Workers' Statute. The objective of the legislator remains the same as in other past regulatory changes in this area, namely: to facilitate the access of young people to the labor market on the basis of improving their training and, therefore, their employability. The purpose of this article is to analyze what the main novelties are, their scope and assess to what extent they can contribute to achieving the aforementioned objective.
