Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es exponer de manera enunciativa una serie de paradigmas gerenciales que confluyen en la actividad de las organizaciones y que inciden en la proyección organizacional actual. Se presentan los resultados de una encuesta la cual se aplicó a directivos de distintos sectores económicos con el objetivo de explorar su opinión acerca de algunos elementos característicos de estos paradigmas
The objective of the present paper is to present from an enunciative perspective a series of managerial paradigms that converge in the organization's activities and that influence in the current organizational projection. The survey results are presented which were applied to top executives of different economic sectors with the aim to explore their opinion about some characteristic elements of these paradigms.
