Abstract

The study of the various historical subjects who participated in the economy, society and culture of the different regions where they settled or settled, continues to be a topic of interest for researchers in history and cultural heritage. The work refers to an analysis by Justo German Cantero and Anderson, who from his ascent to economic, social, political and cultural life was part of the trinitarian power elite, who would invest him in social and cultural works. Document analysis was used to carry it out. The results achieved allow corroborating that this personality not only participated in the processes, but also contributed from his class position to the development of the social and cultural life of Trinidad in the 19th century, where some of its exponents, due to their state of conservation, form part of the cultural heritage.
