El Contenido esencial del Derecho al Deporte. Perspectiva constitucional en Latinoamerica

Abstract

El artículo trata sobre el derecho al deporte y su actual reconocimiento en las constituciones latinoamericanas, se plantea la necesidad de establecer el contenido esencial de este derecho que permita identificar las obligaciones mínimas que tiene el Estado. A partir de los instrumentos internacionales y sobre la base de la igualdad y la no discriminación se describen las características de los elementos básicos que conforman el derecho al deporte.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------The paper is about the right to sport and its current recognition in Latin American constitutions, there is a need to establish the essential content of the right to identify the minimum obligations of the State.Through the international instruments and on the basis of the equality and nondiscrimination, the features of the basic elements that shape the right to sport are described.
