Abstract
This paper analysesLong COVID and its classification as a permanent disability in its different degrees, as well as its consideration as derived from common or occupational contingencies. To this end,in the first place,it is carried out a scientific-medical study of this pathology, followed by an analysis of the requirements and characteristics that configure permanent disability in its different degrees, and a study of the fit of this pathology in each of its degrees, analysingthe position of both scientific and judicial doctrine. Finally, its relationship with work is analysed, and its consideration as derived from occupational or common contingencies. It is deduced that there is no unanimous position, neither in its classification nor in its ethology, so it must be analysedon a case-by-case basis.
