Análisis de las transformaciones actuales del derecho administrativo en España

Abstract

El derecho administrativo español se basa en categorías y reglas que se vienen manteniendo igual desde hace décadas. No obstante, también se producen ciertos cambios, que, sin dar lugar a un nuevo derecho administrativo, sí se hacen notar de manera transversal en su aplicación. Este trabajo tiene por objeto realizar un examen sistemático y sintético de las corrientes que explican las transformaciones más recientes del derecho administrativo en España.Spanish Administrative Law is based on categories and rules that have remained unaltered for decades. However, this did not prevent the Administrative Law field from experiencing some transformations. Although these changes do not affect its core, they do have consequences in the application of administrative rules. This paper contains a systematic and synthetic exam of the institutions behind recent changes in Spanish Administrative Law.
