La violencia sexual: Factores de riesgo, perfil del agresor y marco normativo

Abstract

El tema esencial que trataremos en la presente obra es la violencia sobre la mujer, que en muchos casos culmina con la muerte de aquella a manos de su agresor. En este sentido podemos hablar de feminicidio que es una forma de violencia machista con el peor de los resultados. En el marco de la libertad y seguridad encuentran sus raíces la libertad de la mujer y su capacidad de decisión sobre sus relaciones personales e íntimas. Por ello, ante las cifras cada vez más elevadas de violencia, ya sea psíquica, vicaria, física y sexual, que se ejerce sobre la mujer, las organizaciones e instituciones tanto nacionales como internacionales han desarrollado un conjunto normativo en la lucha contra esta lacra y ofrecer un espacio de libertad, paz y seguridad para la mujer.

The essential topic that we will discuss in this work is violence against women, which in many cases culminates in the death of the woman at the hands of her attacker. In this sense we can talk about feminicide, which is a form of sexist violence with the worst results. Within the framework of freedom and security, women's freedom and their ability to make decisions about their personal and intimate relationships find their roots. Therefore, faced with the increasingly high figures of violence, whether psychological, vicarious, physical and sexual, that is exercised against women, both national and international organizations and institutions have developed a set of regulations in the fight against this scourge and offer a space of freedom, peace and security for women.
