Analiza el Tribunal del Jurado en el ordenamiento jurídico español, desde su instauración en el siglo XIX hasta la vigente Ley Orgánica del Tribunal del Jurado de 1995, desde la perspectiva del modelo de jurado establecido por el legislador en cada etapa histórica, a través del análisis de las diferentes leyes reguladoras del Jurado en España. Y cómo se desarrollaba el proceso ante el tribunal del Jurado en las diferentes leyes que han regulado la institución en España.

The work examines the jury trial within the Spanish legal system from its introduction in the nineteenth century to the current 1995 Spanish Jury Trial Act, focusing on the jury model adopted by the legislature at each historical stage. This analysis is carried out through a study of the successive statutes governing jury trials in Spain and of the manner in which proceedings before the jury were conducted under each of these legislative frameworks
