Archivo Diverso Costa Rica. Primera parte. Expresiones de arte transgresoras.

Abstract

El proceso de construcción de un archivo diverso que recupere las expresiones de arte que surgen en el país en los últimos años, implica en sí mismo un ejercicio político. Equivale de cierta forma a la acción de aperturar una ventana paralela a la historia del arte, se trata de un archivo contra-histórico y desde luego contra-hegemónico. Este artículo es un extracto-avance de un capítulo de la investigación en curso llamada ¿El arte en tu cuerpo, tu cuerpo en el arte¿. Expresiones diversas y transgresoras cuyo listado agrupa más de treinta artistas, de esa lista se han contactado cinco, un resumen de ese primer acercamiento es lo que se compartirá en este artículo. A partir de la pregunta: ¿Cuál ha sido tu relación con el arte? Los y las artistas nos presentan algunas de sus obras o expresiones de arte en este archivo multicolor.The process of creating a diverse archive that re-trieves artistic expressions that have appeared in the country in recent years, entail political exercise. In a way, this works in the very same manner as the opening of a window that parallels to art history. It presents counter-historic as well as counter-hegemonic archives. This article is an excerpt from a chapter preview in which the ongoing research is titled El Arte en Tu Cuerpo, Tu Cuerpo en el Arte (Art in Your Body, Your Body in Art). The list is composed of more than thirty artists of transgressive and diverse expressions in which five on the list have been contacted. In addition, a summary of the first outreach will be covered in this article. Based on the question, what has been your relationship with art?
