Inteligencia artificial y los derechos de los humanos: Viejos y nuevos retos de la filosofía del Derecho

Abstract

En este texto se hace un breve resumen de las cuestiones que han sido objeto de estudio y análisis de los filósofos del Derecho y se anticipa algunos de los importantes temas que están siendo y serán tratados en el futuro. En particular, se pone de manifiesto la proyección del desarrollo de la ciencia y de la tecnología en las categorías jurídico-políticas y la emergencia de dos nuevas cuestiones: los derechos de los humanos como especie y el retorno de la falacia naturalista.This text makes a brief summary of the issues that have been object of study and analysis by legal philosophers and anticipates some of the important issues that are being and will be dealt with in the future. In particular, it highlights the projection of the development of science and tecnology in legal-political categories and the emergence of two new issues: the rights of humans as a specie and the return of the naturalistic fallacy.
