EL MOSAICO DE LAS ESTACIONES DE CARMONA. ESTUDIOS PREVIOS CONSERVACIÓN ¿ RESTAURACIÓN

Abstract

En el presente artículo se exponen los estudios previos y actuaciones para la conservaciónrestauración del mosaico de las Estaciones, hallado en el año 2008 en la calle Domínguez de la Haza de Carmona. A través de estos estudios se ha puesto de manifiesto el estado de conservación y la tecnología empleada en la elaboración de las teselas de naturaleza vítrea y morteros de agarre. Se lleva a cabo una hipótesis de restitución con los otros fragmentos hallados en el año 1897. Se describe el proceso de intervención y restauración del mosaico en su totalidad.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------In the present article the previous studies and actions are exposed for the conservationrestoration of the mosaic of the Stations, found in the year 2008 in the street Carmona¿s Domínguez de la Haza. Across these studies there have been revealed the condition of conservation and the technology used in the production of the tesseras of glassy nature and mortars of grasp. A hypothesis of restitution takes place with other fragments found in theyear 1897. There is described the process of intervention and restoration of the mosaic in its entirety.
