Abstract
In the present paper, we will study the parade of the Three Wise Men of Granada from an artistic perspective, covering the period from 1912, when it first took place, until 1936. The idea originated from the Artistic, Literary and Scientific Center, a cultural institution of great importance in Granada during this period, whose main objective was to bring toys to the poor and sick children of the city. With this foundation, no detail of the parade was neglected: the lighting and music that accompanied the procession, the costumes of the participants, the props such as palanquins or floats, the presence of animals such as horses or mules, and even more exotic ones like camels. The result was a total work of art, producing a great visual impact on the large number of people in attendance.
