Abstract

El artículo analiza las consecuencias de la descapitalización de las cooperativas, por la satisfacción del interés de los socios cooperativistas y por el tratamiento normativo de los recursos propios. Plantea la necesidad de aumentar la competitividad de las cooperativas mediante su capitalización y analiza las distintas fórmulas que las leyes españolas establecen para captar recursos propios. Trata las fórmulas de control que existen en favor de los inversores así como los sistemas de retribución de su capital. Introduce la posibilidad de que el capital riesgo invierta en cooperativas y las experiencias existentes. Y concluye el artículo planteando la necesidad de simplificar y dotar de transparencia esos sistemas a fin de otorgar garantías y credibilidad ante los potenciales inversores.-------------------------------------------------------------------------This article analyze the consequences from cooperative¿s decapitalization, cause by the satisfaction of the interest of the members of the cooperatives and by the legal treatment of the shareholder¿s equity.
