Derecho a la desconexión digital: un estudio de la negociación colectiva

Abstract

En el presente artículo se estudia el derecho a la desconexión tecnológica desde una perspectiva jurídico-laboral. El objetivo es reflexionar acerca del contenido y la eficacia del mismo, considerando los antecedentes en otros países para posteriormente comparar y analizar varios textos legislativos, pronunciamientos judiciales y, especialmente, los acuerdos alcanzados a través de la negociación colectiva.Throughout this research paper is been studied, from a Labour Law perspective, the right to digital disconnection. The aim of this work is to reflect on its content and efficacy. For this purpose, it has been considered the background information taken from other countries in order to compare and to analyse some legal texts, sentences and, especially, the collective bargaining agreements.
