Abstract
La ludopatía es un problema de salud pública a nivel mundial que se agrava en la población vulnerable. En concreto la adicción al bingo, que suele afectar en mayor medida a mujeres mayores de nivel educativo bajo y recursos económicos limitados dándose así una intersección entre diversos factores. Teniendo en cuenta este contexto, el presente trabajo explora la influencia de la soledad, la depresión, posibles antecedentes de abuso y violencia, así como el nivel de satisfacción vital, nivel educativo y de ingresos en el desarrollo de esta adicción. Para ello, hemos realizado una investigación cualitativa articulada por una búsqueda de literatura, la realización de entrevistas semiestructuradas y su correspondiente análisis de datos centrados en la adicción al bingo en mujeres españolas mayores de 55 años que residen en diferentes partes de España. Como podremos observar, los resultados del estudio arrojan mucha luz y contribuyen al estudio de la transversalidad de género en el ámbito del trastorno por juego, esta vez, centrado en mujeres mayores de 55 años cuyas experiencias, a pesar de ser únicas y diferentes, tienen un patrón o similitudes que, sin duda, influyen en el desarrollo del trastorno por juego al bingo.

Pathological gambling is a global public health issue that worsens in vulnerable populations. Specifically, bingo addiction tends to affect older women with low educational levels and limited economic resources more severely, thereby creating an intersection of various factors. Given this context, the present work explores the influence of loneliness, depression, possible histories of abuse and violence, as well as life satisfaction, educational level, and income in the development of this addiction. To this end, we conducted qualitative research, which included a literature review, semi-structured interviews, and the corresponding data analysis, focusing on bingo addiction in Spanish women over the age of 55 who reside in different parts of Spain. As we will observe, the study's results shed significant light and contribute to the study of gender intersectionality in the realm of gambling disorder, this time focusing on women over 55. Despite their unique and different experiences, these women exhibit patterns or similarities that undoubtedly influence the development of bingo gambling disorder.
