Abstract
The social, economic and political circumstances made the city of Écija an artistic center of great importance during the Baroque. This artistic emergence cannot be understood without carrying out an analysis of external influences, the assimilation of forms by trade union artisans and their diffusion and irradiation through the towns that were within their area of influence, a territory framed within the old Kingdom of Seville.
