dc.description.abstract	El libro hace un profundo análisis de la regulación del proceso monitorio en la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil española del año 2000, desde la competencia para conocer del proceso, a los documentos que pueden fundamentar la deuda, causas de oposición por el deudor, tramitación procedimental y naturaleza ejecutiva de la resolución condenatoria al pago. Con amplia cita de jurisprudencia.
dc.description.abstract	The book offers a detailed analysis of the regulation of the order for payment procedure under the Spanish Civil Procedure Act 2000, examining issues such as subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction, the evidentiary documents capable of establishing the existence of the debt, the grounds available to the debtor to challenge the claim, the procedural framework governing the proceedings, and the enforceability of the payment order. The study is supported by extensive references to judicial decisions
