Abstract
Analiza los requisitos para dictar una orden de protección a favor de una víctima de violencia de género tras la publicación de la Ley 1/2024 de 28 de diciembre, de medidas de protección integral contra la violencia de género. Estudiando cómo se valoraba la necesidad de esta medida en los tribunales, con un completo análisis jurisprudencial, y cómo influye la nueva normativa legal en la materia.

This article analyzes the requirements for issuing a protection order in favor of a victim of gender-based violence following the enactment of Law 1/2024 of 28 December on comprehensive protection measures against gender-based violence. It examines how the necessity of this measure has been assessed by the courts through a comprehensive review of case law, and how the new statutory framework influences this area of law.
