Abstract

This chapter analyses the British labour migration laws post Brexit inclusive of the European Union Settlement Scheme. The intricacies of the migration rules are explored and explained, leading the reader to understand the complex points-based system. An evaluation follows of the various employment routes’ visas with a mention of safe and legal routes.
