Retos futuros en la protección integral desde el sistema de la Seguridad Social de las trabajadoras del hogar

Abstract

El trabajo tiene por objeto estudiar la situación actual de la protección por la Seguridad Social de los empleados de hogar, indicando las especialidades de esta protección en relación con el resto de los trabajadores. En segundo lugar se apuntan líneas de reforma en orden a la homologación total del régimen jurídico de la Seguridad Social de este tipo de trabajadores con respectos al resto del régimen general.

The purpose of the work is to study the current situation of Social Security protection of domestic employees, indicating the specialties of this protection in relation to the rest of the workers. In second place reform lines are indicated in order to the total homologation of the legal regime of the Social Security of this type of workers in relation to the rest of the general regime.
