Abstract
En el presente artículo mostramos una serie de reflexiones acerca de los espacios suburbanos. Se analizan desde un punto de vista genealógico-hemenéutico-arqueológico las fuentes literarias y epigráficas que emplean vocablos derivados de la locución latina sub urbe, con la intención de ver el significado, las características y la evolución de dichos términos. Palabras claves: ciudad, territorio, suburbio, periferia urbana.
In this article we present a series of reflections about the suburban areas. We also examined from a genealogical-hermeneutics-archaeological view the literary and epigraphic sources which contain terms derived from the Latin locution sub urbe. Our intention is to understand the meaning, characteristics and evolution of the these terms. Keywords: city, territory, suburb, urban periphery.
