La protección del derecho a la intimidad del teletrabajador

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza desde un punto de vista de la doctrina judicial, constitucional y científica la conjugación del derecho fundamental a la intimidad del teletrabajador con el poder de vigilancia y control del empresario. Así se estudia la regulación y la interpretación realizada del poder de control empresarial en relación con el derecho a la inviolabilidad del domicilio, el derecho a la propia imagen, el derecho al secreto de las comunicaciones, el derecho a la protección de datos, y el derecho a la intimidad del teletrabajador.-------------------------------------------------------------------In this work it is analyzed from a point of view of judicial, constitutional and scientific doctrine the conjugation of the fundamental right to privacy of the teleworker with the power of surveillance and control of the employer. It is studied the regulation and interpretation of the power of corporate control in relation to the right to inviolability of the home, the right to own image, the right to secrecy of communications, the right to data protection, and the right to the privacy of the teleworker.
