La relación de ayuda en servicios sociales comunitarios

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación se centra en los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios, con ella se intenta conocer el grado o no de dependencia que existe entre los usuarios y usuarias de estos servicios y en qué medida se vincula esta con el relación de ayuda entre usuarios y profesionales de los servicios. Para lo que se creyó conveniente realizar una evaluación en la que se reflejara el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios y usuarias con los servicios y la atención recibida, esperada o deseada. De esta forma, se observa si los usuarios de este Servicio se sienten ayudados por parte de los profesionales. Para el estudio se eligieron los Servicios Sociales Comunitarios del pueblo de Espartinas de la provincia de Sevilla. Para ello se ha utilizado una metodología mixta, en la que se incluye lo cuantitativo y lo cualitativo, que permita contrastar la hipótesis planteada en el trabajo.The research work focuses on Community Social Services, with which it tries to know the degree or not of dependence that exists between the users of these services and to what extent it is linked to the relationship of help between users and professionals of services. For which it was considered convenient to carry out an evaluation in which the degree of satisfaction of the users with the services and the received, expected or desired attention would be reflected. In this way, it is observed if the users of this Service feel helped by the professionals. For the study the Community Social Services of the town of Espartinas of the province of Seville were chosen. For this purpose a mixed methodology has been used, which includes the quantitative and qualitative, which allows to contrast the hypothesis raised in the work.
