El teletrabajo en el empleo público: puntos clave de su actual regulación

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza el actual tratamiento y regulación del teletrabajo en las Administraciones Públicas. Partiendo de sus antecedentes normativos, este trabajo aborda detenidamente la regulación actual del teletrabajo tras la inclusión del art. 47 bis en el EBEP. Posteriormente, se hace referencia a las regulaciones que han ido adaptándose y aprobándose en las diferentes Administraciones Públicas -entidades locales y Comunidades Autónomas- como respuesta al mandato contenido en la citada regulación básica, prestando una especial atención al proyecto de Real Decreto por el que se regula el teletrabajo en la Administración General del Estado.

This article analyzesthe current treatment and regulation of teleworking in Public Administrations. Starting from its normative antecedents, this work carefully addresses the current regulation of teleworking after the inclusion of art. 47 bis in the EBEP.Subsequently, it analyzes the regulations that have been adapted and approved in the different Public Administrations -local entities and autonomous communities-in response to the mandate contained in the aforementioned basic regulation, with special attention to the RoyalDecree project that regulates teleworking in the State Administration.
