Abstract
This Final Degree Project analyzes the employment opportunities that migrant women have when they arrive in Spain, focusing on whether the work to which they have access in most cases is care work. For this purpose, a documentary review is carried out in order to know the labor situation of these women who migrate to Spain, taking into account gender discrimination and the consequent feminization of poverty and migration. In order to study this reality, a methodological proposal has been designed using interview techniques, discussion groups and questionnaires. However, this research could not be carried out due to a series of limitations encountered when collecting the data. In most cases, migrant women had difficulty accessing the different resources on a 2 regular basis. However, through other research, it has been possible to analyze that migrant women, when they arrive in Spain, generally work in care jobs and in unfavorable conditions, with the serious consequences that this has for them.
