Fotoperiodismo Mexicano: El relato de los días, 1976-1986

Abstract

Al considerar que el periodismo mexicano intentó ubicar y presentar los acontecimientos en su contexto y que este relato de los días, este relato de los hechos, puede ser utilizado como objeto de estudio no sólo por los comunicadores, sino también por los historiadores, en las siguientes líneas propongo realizar una revisión de los diarios nacionales más importantes, durante el período 1976-1986, para identificar el criterio fotográfico que aplicaron como parte de su discurso empresarial y periodístico. Taking into account that Mexican journalism sought locating and presenting events in their own context, and that this recounting of days, of facts, may be used as a study subject not only by the communicators, but also by historians, I propose to conduct a review of the most important national newspapers during the 1976-1986 period, with the intention of identifying the photographic criterion applied as part of their business and journalistic discourse.
