Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue valorar en forma inicial el proceso formativo del alumnado de los posgrados en administración en el contexto del coronavirus. La metodología del estudio fue una investigación cuantitativa con un alcance exploratorio-descriptivo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 95 participantes distribuidos en cuatro programas de posgrado en administración. El instrumento empleado fue un cuestionario basado en una escala tipo Likert. Los principales resultados fueron la incorporación en forma diversificada de los recursos de aprendizaje; la colaboración con el profesorado para el seguimiento del trayecto académico; el uso de una evaluación continua y diversificada; así como, la adaptación tanto del plan de trabajo del curso como de los contenidos a la modalidad a distancia. Las conclusiones del estudio fueron el empleo de las herramientas tecnológicas, la flexibilidad académica y administrativa como buenas prácticas educativas que favorecen la formación académica del alumnado de los posgrados en administración en la educación a distancia.
The objective of the research was to initially assess the training process of the graduate students in administration in the context of the coronavirus. The study methodology was a quantitative investigation with an exploratory-descriptive scope. The sample consisted of 95 participants distributed in four administration graduate programs. The instrument used was a questionnaire based on a Likert-type scale. The main results were the incorporation in a diversified way of learning resources; the collaboration with teachers to monitor the academic journey; the use of continuous and diversified evaluation; as well as the adaptation of both the course work plan and the contents to the distance modality. The conclusions of the study were the use of technological tools, academic and administrative flexibility as good educational practices that favor the academic training of postgraduate students in administration in distance education.
